Klopcic Family Foundation Donates $100,000 for New Playground at Ronald McDonald House Charities West Michigan

(GRAND RAPIDS, MI) – The Klopcic Family Foundation has generously donated $100,000 to the Ronald McDonald House Charities West Michigan (RMHCWM) to construct a new playground on the property.

In a celebration of this significant contribution, members of the Klopcic family visited RMHCWM to officially open the new outdoor play space, designed specifically for siblings who stay at the house while their loved ones receive treatment in Grand Rapids area hospitals, and the patients themselves.

Construction of the new playground, located at the northwest corner of the property, began in August and has recently been completed. The redesigned space is larger and equipped to accommodate a wide range of ages, ensuring that all children can enjoy safe, fun play experiences.

Midwest Recreation Products served as the construction manager for the project, working closely with the Ronald McDonald House to bring the vision to life.
