Ronald McDonald House Charities West Michigan (RMHCWM) was a lifesaver for the Willmore family who experienced complications during delivery. Their son was transferred an hour and a half to the children’s hospital in Grand Rapids for what they initially thought would be a week-long stay. Their short stay turned into three weeks, and they were grateful to have a room at RMHCWM.

“Our stay at the Ronald McDonald House was great. Being able to stay close to our son so we could be with him every day meant the world to us. The financial burden taken away by the Ronald McDonald House has made such a difference. We can’t imagine where we would be without the kindness and help we received,” they shared.

The story of the Willmore family is a testament to the incredible impact that Ronald McDonald House Charities West Michigan has on families in need. Providing a home away from home for families with children receiving medical care, RMHCWM offers a comfortable place to stay and invaluable support during a difficult time.
